We are alestetics® — a skin quality clinic located right next to Zurich Main Station. Run by an entrepreneur and pre-ageing specialist, and supported by a team of specialists. Since 2021, we have built a clinic where a long-term, evidence-based skincare regimen matters more than quick, one-off treatments.
We have a background in medical aesthetics. We make advanced use of energy devices, peels, skin boosters and biostimulating active ingredients. What remains beyond our reach without a doctor: botulinum toxin and long-lasting hyaluronic acid as precise medical tools — where skin quality reaches its biological limits and a result needs to be perfected.
With you on board, this new dimension will open up for our patients. And you’ll take on the role of medical director. We’re looking for someone who thinks strategically.
What you’ll be doing with us
- You will conduct the medical consultation independently, in consultation with Alexandra and the team. The AURA 3D skin analysis will serve as your objective basis. You will have time for each patient — you won’t have to make a decision in ten minutes.
- You develop personalised skincare regimens lasting six months or longer. This involves energy devices, biostimulators, skin boosters, exfoliants and, where appropriate, injectables. This requires a medical approach, not a routine.
- You use botulinum toxin in a targeted manner — not as a starting point, but as a finishing touch at the appropriate stage of the patient’s journey. Precisely dosed, with a focus on natural facial expressions.
- You use long-lasting hyaluronic acid and biostimulators where volume or structural enhancement is medically indicated — not as a standard treatment.
- You will expand the range of treatments we offer. Certain technologies and treatment depths are reserved for medical professionals. With you on board, we will be able to offer treatments that are currently beyond our scope.
- You will take on the role of Medical Director: medical responsibility, setting standards, and helping to shape clinical excellence.
- You’re not alone. We discuss complex cases as a team.

- No surgical procedures — we are deliberately non-invasive.
- No injections every 15 minutes.
- No need to canvass for patients — they’re already here.
- No pressure to buy. If you don’t need treatment, you won’t receive any.
What technologies do you work with?
We are the first clinic in Switzerland to offer Volnewmer® — the new generation of radiofrequency technology for deep skin tightening. We also use Stellar M22™ (an IPL and laser platform from Lumenis), Vivace® (RF microneedling), SkinPen® (medical microneedling), Ultraformer MPT (microfocused ultrasound) and the AURA 3D skin analysis as a basis for diagnosis.
We already have the Ultraformer MPT on site — with you, we’ll be able to explore treatment depths that are currently beyond our reach. This level of equipment and treatment options is rare in Switzerland.
Who you are
- Swiss medical licence and specialist qualification. The specialism is open — it’s your experience that counts, not the label.
- Extensive experience in aesthetic medicine and with injectables.
- You think in clinical terms and understand the bigger picture: skin biology, facial expressions, life stages, lifestyle. You plan backwards — where do you want the patient to be in twelve months’ time?
- You have an eye for natural-looking results. Over-retouched faces aren’t your style.
- You enjoy working as part of a team and making decisions independently, whilst benefiting from the support of your colleagues.
- German and English.

- A position offering a fixed salary plus performance-related revenue sharing. Realistic total remuneration for a full-time role: CHF 150,000–240,000+ per year, depending on experience and the clinic’s growth.
