What BioRePeelCl₃® FND is.
BioRePeelCl₃® FND is a two-phase TCA peel from the Italian company CMed Aesthetics in Pisa — designed for the face, neck and décolletage. The formula combines trichloroacetic acid with α-hydroxy acids, β-hydroxy acids, polyhydroxy acids, amino acids, vitamins and GABA.
The difference compared to traditional TCA peels lies in the three principles of action brought together in a single protocol: Exfoliation thanks to the hydroxy acids and TCA, Biostimulation through amino acids and vitamins, Revitalisation thanks to the antioxidant and moisturising lipid phase. The result is an effective exfoliator with minimal to no visible flaking — the effect is felt deep down, not on the surface.

Skin analysis and selection of intensity.
A brief discussion about your skin type, skin condition and treatment goals. Together, we decide: BioRePeel® on its own, combined with NCTF® or Dermadrop in the same session, or as preparation for an upcoming Vivace® treatment. For first-time clients, we recommend the free AURA 3D skin analysis beforehand to create a personalised plan.
Apply using massaging movements, followed by a mask and Dermalux™ LED.
The skin is cleansed. BioRePeelCl₃® It is applied in several layers using precise massage movements — the active ingredient penetrates the uppermost layers of the skin and delivers three effects simultaneously: exfoliation, biostimulation and revitalisation. You may feel a slight tingling sensation, warmth or a „tight" feeling — this is normal and easily tolerated. Next: a personalised Mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, a relaxing head massage and SPF 50.
You can go out in public straight away. No visible redness.
Thanks Dermalux™ LED phototherapy Most clients leave the clinic immediately after their treatment without any visible redness. Visible flaking occurs only rarely — usually on very dry skin or following intensive pre-treatment with retinol. Make-up can be applied on the same day, but this is not recommended — the skin benefits from being allowed to breathe. Avoid exercise, saunas and heat for 24 hours, gentle care, SPF 50 every day (particularly important in the treatment of PIH). Initial improvement is visible straight away, with the full results becoming apparent over the course of the treatment.

How many sessions will I need? +
That depends on your skin type and your skincare goals. BioRePeel® works best as a course of treatment over several sessions — depending on the specific concerns (acne, PIH, radiance, anti-ageing), between 4 and 6 sessions at two-week intervals.
We draw up the personalised plan in the free AURA 3D skin analysis — based on your skin type, previous treatments and your goals. Instead of a „one-size-fits-all" approach, you’re investing in a plan that’s tailored to your skin.
Is it a „proper" exfoliator — will my skin feel rough afterwards? +
BioRePeelCl₃® is a Genuine TCA peel with 35% trichloroacetic acid — but it is worded in such a way that the Deep-acting happens beneath the surface. The two-phase formula combines exfoliation, biostimulation and revitalisation in a single treatment.
Visible flaking is the exception rather than the rule — and is most likely to occur in cases of very dry skin or following intensive pre-treatment with retinol. Most clients leave the clinic without any visible skin reaction, thanks to Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, immediately after the treatment.
Can I have a BioRePeel® treatment in the summer? +
Yes. Unlike traditional TCA peels, BioRePeelCl₃® suitable for use all year round — even in summer, without the 4–6-week ban on sunbathing. The formula causes no severe sensitivity to light after the meeting.
Nevertheless, the following applies: SPF 50 every day is essential — particularly during PIH treatments and after exfoliation — to ensure the results are long-lasting and no new pigmentation spots develop.
What is the difference between BioRePeel® and PRX-T33®? +
Both are popular treatments for improving skin quality — but with different focuses:
- BioRePeelCl₃®: frequently chosen for Acne, blemishes, pores, skin texture and PIH — with a pronounced exfoliating effect and a radiant finish.
- PRX-T33®: a more bio-revitalising option for Skin Quality and Glow, with minimal exfoliation and a focus on skin density.
During the consultation, we’ll determine which option is best suited to you based on your skin type and your goals. In many cases, we combine both treatments on a rotating basis as part of a treatment plan.
Does BioRePeel® help with active acne? +
Yes — BioRePeelCl₃® is officially classified by the manufacturer as adjuvant treatment for acne and is recommended for the prevention of acne scars. TCA and the hydroxy acid blend help to unblock blackheads, clarify the T-zone and soothe inflamed areas.
In cases of active acne, early intervention crucial for minimising the formation of deep scars. We often work in a course of treatment spanning several weeks, combined with an aftercare routine and an SPF strategy.
Can I combine BioRePeel® with NCTF® or Dermadrop? +
Yes — and that is one of the the best combinations in our Skin Quality System. The golden rule: Exfoliate first, then apply the active ingredient layer.
After the BioRePeel®, the skin barrier as receptive as possible — Active ingredients such as NCTF® 135 HA or Dermadrop TDA® have a deeper impact than at any other time. This combination can be seen in the example plan above and is regularly used in our Basic Commitment Plan.
What makes the two-phase formula so special? +
BioRePeelCl₃® is a Two-phase topical medical device — an aqueous phase and a lipid phase that act simultaneously:
- aqueous phase: 35% TCA + α-, β-, polyhydroxy acids → Peeling and exfoliation.

When is BioRePeel® not suitable? +
BioRePeel® is not suitable for:
- Active skin infections or herpes in the treatment area
- Known allergies to active ingredients
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Female patients under the age of 18
