Does it really only take 60 minutes—or does it drag on?
60 minutes is our standard session length. Sometimes it’s a little shorter, depending on the complexity of your questions. We’ll take as much time as you need—but we’ll also respect your time.
Do I have to book a treatment right away?
No. Never. Take your PDF plan home and decide at your own pace. Some of our clients book on the same day. Others come back weeks later. Both are fine.
What happens if the test shows that I don't need any treatment at all?
Well, that’s exactly what we’ll tell you. You’ll still get your PDF with care recommendations and an honest assessment. We rely on you coming back—and recommending us to others.
How is AURA different from a standard skin analysis?
Traditional skin analyses rely on 2D photos and manual assessment. AURA creates a photorealistic 3D digital twin that we can rotate, zoom in on, and measure from every angle. The AI is trained on thousands of data points—which makes the results objective and comparable over time.
Will the AURA analysis harm my skin?
No. AURA 3D is a non-contact system that uses only light and cameras. No radiation, no active ingredients, no contact. You can go about your day as usual right after the treatment.
Aren't I too young for that kind of assessment at 28?
On the contrary. Pre-aging begins in your 20s and 30s. The sooner you know the current condition of your skin, the more effectively you can take preventive measures. AURA also records your current condition—so that in five years, you’ll know what has changed.
Can I get before-and-after comparisons later?
Yes—and that’s one of the biggest advantages. AURA uses standardized light and automatic positioning. When you come back in 3, 6, or 12 months, we can see your exact progress—not just a general sense of it. We can even perform vector analyses that show where the tissue has shifted after a treatment.
What about body treatments or laser treatments? Can we discuss those as well?
We offer separate, free consultations for body and laser treatments. AURA 3D is technically only available for the face and neck. If you’d like both, just let us know—we’ll coordinate it for you.
Can I come with someone else, like my mom or a friend?
We prefer one-on-one appointments because the consultation is very personal. However, we can schedule two appointments back-to-back—we often do this for mothers and daughters, friends, or couples.
Is my data stored securely?
Yes. AURA is HIPAA-compliant. Your recordings are stored in encrypted form and are used exclusively to support your treatment—not for marketing or external analysis.
