Maintenance
To ensure the results last — rather than having to start all over again every spring. 1–2 Icoone® or Endospheres® sessions a month will keep your system in good working order.
Anything that is excavated must be removed.
We combine any treatment that breaks down fat cells, connective tissue or areas of tension — such as cryolipolysis, RF or microneedling — with lymphatic stimulation. Either before or after. Otherwise, the breakdown of metabolic waste in the tissue comes to a standstill.

What we have deliberately chosen not to include in our concept of the body.
We tested a wide range of equipment and methods before putting our system together. Here’s what we’ve deliberately left out of the programme — and how we achieve the same results in a different way.
LPG Endermologie
Rolling massage with strong suction. This may be too intense for those with sensitive veins, rosacea-prone legs or delicate skin. Too uncompromising for our body treatment concept.
Icoone® using gentle robotics and Endospheres® using compressive microvibration — gentle on the veins yet effective.
Lipolitics / Lemon Bottle
Fat-dissolving injections. The results are often uneven, and the procedure is painful. We do not consider the evidence from clinical trials to be sufficient.
CLATUU Alpha® Cryolipolysis — scientifically proven, permanent fat cell reduction without injections and without pain.
Pure cavitation
Older ultrasound technology as a standalone solution. Today, there are modern multi-energy devices that are more precise and safer.
BTL Exilis® Body combining RF, ultrasound and cooling — three effects in a single treatment.

What happens during the free body consultation?
30 minutes at the clinic. We’ll look at your physical concerns, listen to what you’d like to achieve, and work out together whether a plan is suitable and, if so, which one.
No treatment during the initial consultation, no pressure to buy. If something makes sense, you’ll receive a specific proposal. If not, you’ll go home with a clear understanding.
How many sessions do I need to see a reduction in cellulite?
Visible improvements in cellulite usually become apparent after 6–8 sessions. We typically offer packages of 5 or 10 sessions, once or twice a week.
The exact number depends on your skin type, the severity of your cellulite and your lifestyle — we’ll discuss this during the consultation and adjust the plan as we go along if necessary.
When will I see the first results from body contouring?
That depends on the device — and on what you expect.
Icoone® and Endospheres®: Noticeable after 2–3 sessions (lighter-feeling skin, less heaviness in the legs), visible after 4–6.
CLATUU® Cryolipolysis: Initial reduction after 4–6 weeks, full results after 8–12 weeks — the body needs time to break down the treated fat cells.
Volnewmer®: The results develop over a period of 3–6 months through deep collagen stimulation. One session is usually sufficient — maintenance is required only 1–2 times a year.
BTL Exilis® Body: Initial skin tightening after 2–3 sessions; full collagen response over 3–6 months.
Vivace® RF Microneedling Body: Visible changes in skin texture after 4–6 weeks.
What is the difference between Icoone® and Endospheres®?
Both work on connective tissue — but the technology behind them is fundamentally different.
Icoone® Laser Med Roboderm® combines (gentle micro-vacuum created by tiny alveolar chambers), a 915 nm laser and a 650 nm LED. It targets cellulite, connective tissue and localised fat reduction with precision. Ideal for targeted body contouring.
Endospheres® therapy Works entirely without a vacuum — using just 55 silicone-coated spheres and compressive microvibration. More effective for lymphatic drainage, blood circulation and heavy legs.
In our treatment plans, we often combine the two — Icoone for contouring and Endospheres for drainage. The order that makes sense depends on your goal.
Is CLATUU Alpha® cryolipolysis really permanent?
Yes, with one important caveat.
The fat cells destroyed by cryolipolysis are permanently broken down by the body and do not return. However, the remaining fat cells can grow larger again if you put on weight. A lasting result therefore also requires a healthy lifestyle.
CLATUU Alpha® uses 360° cooling around the fat deposits. This achieves more consistent results than older cryolipolysis devices, which only provide cooling on one side.
Which body treatments are suitable for people with varicose veins?
For varicose veins, spider veins or general vein problems, we work with Endospheres® therapy and Icoone® Laser Med.
Endospheres is completely vacuum-free — it uses pure compressive microvibration. Icoone works with micro-vacuum at the cellular level (Roboderm® alveoli), which is fundamentally different from the macroscopic vacuum used in LPG. Both are gentle on the blood vessels and can actively support venous return.
When treating venous problems, we deliberately avoid devices that use strong macroscopic vacuum, such as LPG, as this can put strain on the vein walls.
Can I treat several areas in a single session?
Yes — and with some treatments, that’s actually part of the concept.
Icoone® and Endospheres® In every session, we treat the whole body. This is part of our approach to lymphatic drainage — bodywork takes a holistic approach. In addition, we focus on 1–2 specific areas if you have particular concerns.
CLATUU® Cryolipolysis can treat up to two areas at the same time thanks to its dual application system.
BTL Exilis® and Volnewmer® typically treat one or two areas per session — these devices require the user to focus on the area being treated.
How much does a body treatment cost at alestetics®?
We operate transparently — you can find all our prices on our Price list.

Icoone® Laser Med: CHF 250 per session. 5-session package: CHF 1,100. 10-session package: CHF 2,000.
Endospheres® Therapy: CHF 250 per session. 5-session package: CHF 1,100. 10-session package: CHF 2,000.
CLATUU Alpha® Cryolipolysis: CHF 500 per single zone, CHF 800 per double zone.
Packages are better value per treatment than individual sessions. We prefer to work with treatment plans, as body contouring requires repeated sessions. We’ll discuss the right plan for your goals during your free consultation.
What makes alestetics® different when it comes to body treatments?
We work with personalised plans, not standard packages. Every body transformation journey begins with a consultation — we assess your skin condition, connective tissue and your goals before using any equipment.
We combine different technologies rather than relying on a single device. Mechanical stimulation for drainage, cryolipolysis for localised fat deposits, radiofrequency for firming, and microneedling for skin quality. The combination we use depends on your specific concerns.
And: every energy-based treatment is followed by lymphatic stimulation. Whatever is broken down must be flushed out. This rule is not optional — it is part of the system.
