What is Icoone® Laser Med?.
Icoone® Laser Med is a medically certified body contouring device from the Italian company i-Tech Industries, which combines mechanical microstimulation with micro-vacuum at the cellular level — supplemented by a 915 nm diode laser for lipolysis and a 650 nm LED for collagen synthesis.
Unlike traditional Endermologie devices such as LPG, Unlike devices that use large-area suction on the skin’s surface, Icoone® utilises the patented Roboderm® technology: tiny alveolar chambers produce a precise Micro-vacuum at the cellular level. That is what makes the treatment vascular-friendly — can also be used for venous problems — and allows for up to 21,600 micro-stimulations per minute.
Icoone® forms the basis of our body treatments. Before using energy-based devices such as Volnewmer® or Vivace®, we use Icoone® to stimulate the lymphatic system and break down tissue tension. Only once the tissue has softened and drainage is working effectively can any further treatment be fully effective.

The most common indication. Icoone® works mechanically on the connective tissue to smooth its structure — regardless of weight, exercise or diet.

At alestetics®, the Lymphatic drainage is included in every Icoone® session — manually activated, plus drainage on the legs, abdomen and back. In addition, we treat 2 custom focus zones depending on the objective. This logic forms the basis of our body concept: lymphatic drainage is performed before energy-based treatments such as Volnewmer® or Vivace® are applied.

This is how your session will work.
Advice, planning and hydration.
During the free body consultation, we set goals, identify target areas and draw up a treatment plan. On the day of your treatment, we recommend drinking plenty of fluids before your session — either water or our lymph-boosting herbal tea. Good hydration is essential to ensure that the lymph can transport the substances we are stimulating.
Suit, lymphatic drainage, focus zones.
At your first appointment, you will be given your Icoone® suit (one-off payment of CHF 50) — similar to tights, with silver threads, hygienic and reusable. We start with manual lymphatic stimulation and lymphatic drainage on the legs, abdomen and back — then we work on two individual focus areas depending on your goals. During the session, you will wear special laser safety goggles.
Drink, light exercise, suitable for everyday use straight away.
Immediately after the session, we recommend drinking plenty of fluids again — feel free to have another cup of tea here or take one away with you. Light exercise, such as a walk, helps to stimulate lymphatic drainage. You’ll be back to your normal routine straight away — no downtime, no restrictions.

Does Icoone® hurt?
Icoone® is generally comfortable — most clients find the treatment relaxing, almost like a deep lymphatic drainage massage. The intensity is adjusted to suit each individual. In sensitive areas or where cellulite is pronounced, certain areas may be sensitive to pressure — we adjust the pressure continuously.

How many Icoone® sessions will I need?
Many customers can already feel the difference after 1–3 sessions a lighter feeling — especially if you’re retaining water. For visible improvements in cellulite, we recommend 5 to 10 sessions as a course of treatment, followed by maintenance.
We’ll draw up a detailed plan during the free body consultation, taking into account the area to be treated, the severity of the cellulite and your lifestyle.

How often should you have Icoone® treatment?
During the treatment phase 1–2 times a week, or as Intensive course: 5 consecutive days. Then maintenance Once a week or every two weeks — depending on your goals and skin type.

What distinguishes Icoone® from LPG Endermologie?
Both methods are mechanical — the technology behind them is different.
LPG uses a large-area vacuum on the skin's surface — which can put strain on the vessel walls in cases of venous problems.
Icoone® uses Micro-vacuum at the cellular level through tiny alveolar chambers — gentle on blood vessels, more precise, and suitable for use even on sensitive tissue. Plus: Icoone® combines mechanical stimulation with a 915 nm diode laser and a 650 nm LED.

Is there any downtime or are there any side effects?
No downtime. You may experience slight redness or a warm sensation — in very sensitive skin, small bruises are rare. You’ll be able to go about your daily activities straight away.

When is Icoone® not suitable?
Icoone® is not possible in cases of active cancer, thrombosis or phlebitis, epilepsy, pacemakers and active skin infections.
At Pregnancy We will discuss this on a case-by-case basis. If you have any pre-existing conditions, we recommend that you consult your doctor before your first session.

Can I have Icoone® treatment after an operation?
Yes — from 2 days after the operation Icoone® can be used (with the treating doctor’s approval). Icoone® accelerates the reduction of swelling, aids wound healing and can treat adhesions and scars.
Particularly effective following plastic surgery, liposuction and CLATUU Alpha® cryolipolysis — Icoone® administered immediately afterwards accelerates the removal of dead fat cells.
