Together, we’ll decide whether to use NCTF® on its own, in combination with a peel, or as a skin primer ahead of an upcoming Vivace® or IPL treatment. For first-time clients, we recommend the free AURA 3D skin analysis beforehand to create a personalised plan.
Vital Injector 2™ with vacuum control.
You're lying there, relaxed. The Vital Injector 2™ handpiece gently tightens the skin, the 5-needle system applies NCTF® evenly and precisely. One ampoule treats the the entire face, including the eye area — we take a holistic approach, rather than focusing on specific areas. An additional ampoule is included for the neck and décolletage. You’ll feel a gentle pressure, not a stinging sensation. This is followed by a customised mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy and SPF 50.
Ready to go out straight away. No micro-papules. No downtime.
Unlike traditional needle mesotherapy, you leave the clinic no micropapules, no wheals, no bruising — a result of the Vital Injector 2™’s precise vacuum control. Make-up can be applied on the same day, but this is not recommended — the skin benefits from being able to breathe. Avoid exercise, hot weather and saunas for 24–48 hours, gentle care, SPF 50 every day. Is NCTF® a filler? +
No. NCTF® 135 HA is no filler — The hyaluronic acid it contains is not cross-linked and does not add volume. It does not alter your facial features.
NCTF® is a Biorevitalisation solution, which delivers 60 essential active ingredients directly into the skin matrix: building blocks for cell regeneration, collagen synthesis and hydration. The result is improved skin quality — Radiance, firmness, freshness — with no change to facial contours.
How much does NCTF® cost at alestetics®? +
The NCTF® 135 HA treatment costs CHF 300 per ampoule.
One ampoule treats the the entire face, including the eye area — we take a holistic approach, rather than a piecemeal one. For Neck and décolletage an additional ampoule is charged (for both areas combined).
In the Standard Commitment Plan You’ll receive 5 sessions for CHF 1,200 (you pay for 4; the 5th is included) — choose between SkinPen®, BTL Exilis® and NCTF®. At each appointment, we’ll decide together which treatment will benefit your skin the most.
How many sessions will I need? +
The standard protocol at alestetics® is 3 sessions every 10–14 days as a restorative course. Afterwards, we recommend a Maintenance, depending on your skincare goals and the season.
When NCTF® is used as Skin primer Before using Vivace® or Stellar M22™ IPL, we often plan 2–3 sessions before energy healing and 2–3 sessions later for the consolidation of results.

Does the treatment hurt? +
Thanks to the Vacuum control With the Vital Injector 2™, the treatment is virtually painless. Instead of traditional single injections, five needles are inserted simultaneously at a precisely controlled depth — you’ll feel a slight pressure, not a prick.
Most female clients find the session easy to cope with. For particularly sensitive skin, we can apply an anaesthetic cream before the treatment.
Can I combine NCTF® with Vivace® or IPL? +
Yes — NCTF® is one of the most versatile active ingredient treatments in our Skin Quality System. The combinations vary depending on the treatment:
- Stellar M22™ IPL — the following treatments can be carried out in the same session: IPL treats pigmentation and blood vessels, whilst NCTF® then delivers a layer of active ingredients to soothe and regenerate the skin. A powerful combination for a radiant glow and an even complexion.
- Vivace® RF Microneedling — by a long way: 2–3 NCTF sessions before Vivace® as a skin primer (the skin is optimally prepared), 2–3 sessions according to Vivace® for consolidation. Not during the same session — we leave a two-week gap.
- Volnewmer® — by a long way: The same skin primer approach as with Vivace® — NCTF® before and after Volnewmer®, not in the same session.
Ideally, in the same session: Start with BioRePeel® or PRX-T33®, then follow with NCTF® — this delivers the best results, as the skin is at its most receptive after the peel.
