What does the Basic Commitment Plan include?
The Basic Commitment Plan For CHF 1,000, this includes 5 sessions — you can choose between HydraFacial™, BioRePeel®, PRX-T33® and Dermadrop TDA®. You pay for 4 sessions; the 5th is our gift to you. Valid for 6 months.
You can choose this individually at each session: we’ll decide together what’s best for your skin on that day provides the most effective support — tailored to your goals, skin condition and the season.

How long is a commitment plan valid for?
Our Commitment Plans are Valid for 3 to 6 months — depending on the category and frequency of treatment. This duration has been deliberately chosen to ensure that treatments take place at optimal intervals and can take full effect.
Consistency is a key factor in success.

How are Volnewmer® prices structured?
Volnewmer® is charged per shot — Depending on the area and skin density, more or fewer shots will be required. We will discuss the exact number during the consultation.
Face: 600 shots for the whole face (CHF 1,600), 1,000 shots for the face, neck and décolletage (CHF 2,500). Additional shots: CHF 3 per shot.
On the body: Price based on zone size (small: approx. 400 shots from CHF 1,200 / medium: approx. 600–800 shots from CHF 1,900 / large: approx. 1,000–1,200 shots from CHF 2,900). Additional shots: CHF 5 per shot.

How is payment made for a commitment plan?
Payment will be made in advance — online or in person. This gives both you and us the certainty we need to plan ahead.
If you’d like to pay in instalments, that’s also possible — via our Financing partners. Discreet, straightforward, no pressure.

Can I extend my commitment plan?
Yes — in justified exceptional cases such as Pregnancy or illness, a one-off extension is possible. Get in touch with us; we’ll find a fair solution.

What happens if I need to reschedule or cancel an appointment?
Please give us at least 24 hours in advance Please note. Appointments cancelled at short notice will be charged — this allows us to plan treatment times fairly and ensures your treatment plan stays on track.

Can I share my Commitment Plan with others?
No — Commitment Plans are personal. This allows us to document your treatment plan clearly and tailor it to your individual needs.
