PRX-T33® is a biorevitalizing peel developed by the Italian company WiQo, part of GPQ—a pioneer in aesthetic medicine and the founder of the PRX Therapy philosophy: biorevitalization without needles and without visible peeling. The patented formula combines 33% trichloroacetic acid with hydrogen peroxide and kojic acid.
The key difference from traditional TCA peels: PRX-T33® works deep within the dermis, while the skin’s surface remains undisturbed. The hydrogen peroxide inhibits the inflammatory response on the skin’s surface—which is why the treatment does not cause visible peeling. At the same time, TCA stimulates collagen synthesis and dermal redensification. Kojic acid acts on melanin production and promotes a more even complexion. Skin analysis and consultation.
A brief consultation to discuss your skin type, skin condition, and treatment goals. Together, we’ll decide whether to proceed with PRX-T33® alone, in combination with NCTF® / Dermadrop during the same session, or as a preparatory step before an upcoming Vivace® treatment. For first-time clients, we recommend the free AURA 3D skin analysis beforehand to create a personalized treatment plan.
Precise massage movements—no needles, no pricks.
The skin is cleansed. PRX-T33® is applied using precise massage movements — in one or more layers, depending on the skin’s condition. For very sensitive skin or well-prepared skin, one layer is often sufficient; for more intensive goals, we apply multiple layers. The active ingredient penetrates deep into the skin’s upper layers without irritating the surface. You’ll feel a slight tingling or warmth—nothing too uncomfortable. Next: a custom-tailored mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, a relaxing head massage, and SPF 50.
You can go out in public right away. No visible redness. No downtime.
Thanks to Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, most clients leave the clinic immediately after treatment with no visible redness. Visible peeling usually does not occur—this is the key difference from traditional TCA peels. Makeup is possible on the same day, but not recommended—the skin benefits from being able to breathe. Avoid exercise, saunas, and heat for 24 hours; use mild skincare products and apply SPF 50 daily. Initial freshness is visible immediately, and the full results build up over the course of the treatment.

How many sessions will I need? +
That depends on your skin type and your skincare goals. PRX-T33® works best as a course of treatment consisting of several sessions —between 4 and 6 sessions spaced 2 weeks apart, depending on your specific concerns (skin quality, anti-aging, pigmentation, texture).
We create a personalized plan during the free AURA 3D skin analysis —based on your skin type, previous treatments, and goals. Instead of a "one-size-fits-all" approach, you're investing in a plan that's tailored to your skin.
Is PRX-T33® really a "peel without peeling"? +
Yes. PRX-T33® is a true TCA peel containing 33% trichloroacetic acid —but the patented WiQo formula combines TCA with hydrogen peroxide, which inhibits the inflammatory response on the skin’s surface. The result: the treatment works deep within the skin, not just on the surface.
Visible peeling usually does not occur—this is the key difference from traditional TCA peels. Thanks to Dermalux™ LED phototherapy immediately following the treatment, most clients leave the clinic without any visible redness.
What is the difference between this and BioRePeel®? +
Both are premium Italian exfoliants for Skin Quality—but with different focuses:
- PRX-T33®: 33% TCA + hydrogen peroxide + kojic acid. Deep biorevitalization with a gentle surface treatment. Ideal for pre-aging, skin quality, firmness, and pigmentation.
- BioRePeel®: 35% TCA + hydroxy acids + amino acids + GABA. Exfoliating formula with biostimulation. Ideal for acne, pores, PIH, and Glow gentle exfoliation.
During your consultation, we’ll determine which option is best for you based on your skin type and your goals. In many cases, we alternate between the two as part of a treatment plan—but never in the same session.
Can I take the PRX-T33® exam in the summer? +
Yes. Unlike traditional TCA peels, PRX-T33® can be used year-round —even in the summer—without a 4–6-week ban on sun exposure. The patented formula does not cause severe photosensitivity after the session.
Nevertheless, SPF 50 should be used daily —especially during pigment treatment and after exfoliation—to ensure that the results last and no new pigment spots develop.
Does PRX-T33® hurt? +
PRX-T33® works entirely without needles. When applied with precise massage movements, it causes a slight tingling or warming sensation that most clients find quite tolerable.
We follow a clear protocol and adjust the intensity and number of layers to suit your skin goals and how your skin responds—for very sensitive skin or well-prepared skin, one layer is often sufficient.
Can I combine PRX-T33® with NCTF®, Dermadrop, or Volnewmer®? +
Yes—and these are the best combinations in our Skin Quality System. The golden rule: exfoliate first, then apply the active ingredient layer.
After PRX-T33®, the skin barrier is at its most receptive —active ingredients such as NCTF® 135 HA or Dermadrop TDA® penetrate deeper than at any other time. With Volnewmer® RF, we take the opposite approach—applying PRX-T33® after Volnewmer® in the same session to complement the lifting effect with Glow an even complexion.

PRX-T33® is not available for:

- Known allergies to active ingredients
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
