Alestetics GmbH – Terms and Conditions for Cosmetic Treatments (T&Cs)
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the GTC) govern the relationship between alestetics GmbH (hereinafter referred to as «alestetics») and its customers (hereinafter referred to as the «Customer»).
Beauty treatment
Alestetics provides non-invasive cosmetic treatments as a service. The duration of the treatment is determined on a case-by-case basis. The treatment begins at the agreed time. Extending the booked treatment at short notice is only possible if it does not affect other appointments.
Book an appointment
Bookings are binding. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel by telephone or in writing at least 24 hours in advance. For appointments over the weekend, please give at least 42 hours’ notice. If you cancel late or fail to cancel in time, you will be charged for the treatment booked.
Prices
The offers provided by alestetics GmbH are subject to change; prices are subject to alteration. Unless otherwise agreed, the prices listed on our website at the time of treatment shall apply.
Payment
Treatment costs must be paid immediately after the treatment is completed. Subscriptions and vouchers must be paid for after the first treatment. You can pay in cash, by Postcard, debit or credit card, or via TWINT.
Liability
The customer must notify us in writing of any obvious defects in the treatment within 3 calendar days of becoming aware of the defect. Otherwise, warranty claims are excluded. No further warranties or guarantees are provided, including in relation to the compatibility and success of treatment methods and products used.
alestetics’ liability is limited to cases of gross negligence and wilful misconduct. The above limitations of liability do not apply in the event of culpable injury to life, limb or health, nor do they apply to the quality of the product or to defects that have been fraudulently concealed. In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, any claims for damages are limited to typical and foreseeable damages. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
Claims for damages against alestetics lapse three months after the contractually agreed end of the treatment, unless the claims are made within this period.
alestetics cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer or the omission of essential information.
Vouchers
Vouchers can only be used to pay for treatments that are available at the time of redemption and during opening hours.
The treatment vouchers we offer are valid for the period specified. Vouchers must be redeemed within their validity period. Once this period has expired, no extension is possible. Unless otherwise stated, vouchers expire no later than 12 months after the date of issue.
Cash refunds, including for any remaining balance, are not permitted if the voucher value exceeds the amount payable, nor is it possible to exchange vouchers for product vouchers in the online shop.
The vouchers are personal and non-transferable. If lost or stolen, the voucher will not be replaced.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions may only be used for the specified services/treatments. They cannot be offset against other services/treatments. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Subscriptions expire no later than 12 months after the date of issue. Refunds for paid subscriptions are not available.
Data protection
Your personal data will always be treated as confidential and will only be used and processed in accordance with the applicable data protection laws.
The customer agrees that their personal data may be used for advertising purposes, both for the company’s own purposes and for those of third parties (e.g. sending a customer newsletter and participating in the company’s own competitions). The customer may object to the processing of their personal data at any time without giving reasons and may withdraw their consent with effect for the future.
Services for self-paying patients
None of alestetics’ services are covered by health insurance. All services are self-pay services.
Final provisions, jurisdiction and applicable law
Should any provision be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of any other provisions or agreements.
The court in Zurich shall have jurisdiction over any disputes. Swiss law shall apply.
