What EXILIS Ultra is.
EXILIS Ultra 360 is an FDA-approved device from BTL Aesthetics that simultaneously delivers monopolar radiofrequency and ultrasound via a single applicator — for body tightening and contouring.
The combination of both energy sources brings the tissue up to the required temperature more quickly and stimulates Collagen and elastin production . An integrated cooling and energy control system (EFC) precisely directs the heat to the correct depth — from the upper layer of skin down to the fat layer. On the body, where the skin is thicker than on the face, it combines skin tightening with a gradual reduction of localised fat cells. The treatment is pleasantly warm — many describe it as a warm stone massage — and requires no downtime.
We never use EXILIS Ultra on its own. On the body, the results come from the sequence of treatments: first, we stimulate the lymphatic system using Icoone® or Endospheres®, followed by the energy treatment — administered in measured doses per area, as part of a planned course of treatment.

During the free body consultation, we identify the areas to be treated, set your goals and establish a suitable treatment schedule, whilst checking that your lymphatic system is functioning properly and that your tissue is soft. If not, we’ll start with Icoone® or Endospheres®. AURA 3D is available on request.
Comfortable warmth, no downtime.
The skin is prepared using a contact gel. EXILIS Ultra combines radiofrequency and ultrasound with built-in cooling — you’ll feel a pleasant, adjustable warmth. Have a glass of water or our lymph-boosting tea before and after the treatment.
No downtime; implementation takes several weeks.
At most, a slight redness for a short time. The skin’s texture changes early on; visible firming becomes apparent over the course of the treatment, and the full results develop over a period of around three months. Maintenance varies depending on the area.

Does EXILIS Ultra hurt?
No. Most people find the treatment feels like a pleasant warmth, similar to a hot stone massage. We adjust the intensity continuously throughout the session.
How many sessions will I need?
Visible changes occur through a Spa and depend on the area, tissue and target. We will finalise the specific plan during the free consultation.
How long will the downtime last?
No downtime. You may experience a slight redness or a feeling of warmth in the treated area for a short while — after that, you’ll be back to your normal routine straight away.
When will I see the first results?
The skin often starts to feel different quite early on. Visible firming develops over several weeks, with the full results becoming apparent after around three months.
How long do the results last?
How long the results last depends on your lifestyle, skin type and initial condition. With targeted maintenance, the firmness and contours can be maintained.

Is EXILIS Ultra a weight-loss device?
No. EXILIS Ultra is designed to tighten and contour the skin, not to reduce body weight. For stubborn localised fat deposits, we combine it with CLATUU Alpha® where necessary.
How does EXILIS Ultra differ from older RF devices?
EXILIS Ultra uses radio frequency and ultrasound at the same time via an applicator. This reduces the time taken to reach the treatment temperature and makes the treatment more comfortable than devices that use RF alone.
When is EXILIS Ultra not an option?
EXILIS Ultra is not suitable for patients with pacemakers or electronic implants, metal implants in the treatment area, during pregnancy or while breastfeeding, or in cases of active infections or open wounds in the area. If in doubt, we will clarify this during the consultation.
What makes alestetics® different?
