The patented formula combines 33% Trichloroacetic acid with Hydrogen peroxide and Kojic acid.
The key difference compared to traditional TCA peels: PRX-T33® works deep within the dermis, whilst the skin's surface stays calm. The Hydrogen peroxide inhibits the inflammatory response on the skin’s surface — which is why the treatment does not cause any visible flaking. Skin analysis and consultation.
A brief discussion about your skin type, skin condition and treatment goals. We decide together: PRX-T33® on its own, or combined with NCTF® / Dermadrop in the same session, or as preparation for an upcoming Vivace® treatment. For first-time clients, we recommend the free AURA 3D skin analysis beforehand to create a personalised plan.
Precise massage movements — no needles, no pricks.
The skin is cleansed. PRX-T33® is used with precise massage movements applied — apply one or more layers, depending on your skin condition. For very sensitive skin or skin that has been properly prepared, a single layer is often sufficient; for more intensive treatments, we apply several layers. The active ingredient penetrates deep into the skin without causing any irritation to the surface. You may feel a slight tingling sensation or warmth — this is quite tolerable. Followed by: a customised mask, Dermalux™ LED phototherapy, a relaxing head massage and SPF 50.
You can go out straight away. No visible redness. No downtime.
Thanks Dermalux™ LED phototherapy Most clients leave the clinic immediately after their treatment without any visible redness. Visible peeling does not usually occur — this is the key difference from traditional TCA peels. Make-up can be worn on the same day, but it is not recommended — the skin benefits from being allowed to breathe. Avoid exercise, saunas and heat for 24 hours, gentle care, SPF 50 every day. The initial improvement is immediately noticeable; the full effect becomes apparent over the course of the treatment.

How many sessions will I need? +
That depends on your skin type and your skincare goals. PRX-T33® works best as a course of treatment over several sessions — depending on your specific concern (skin quality, anti-ageing, pigmentation, texture), between 4 and 6 sessions at two-week intervals.
We draw up the personalised plan in the free AURA 3D skin analysis — based on your skin type, previous treatments and your goals. Instead of a „one-size-fits-all" approach, you’re investing in a plan that’s tailored to your skin.
Is PRX-T33® really a „peel without peeling"? +
Yes. PRX-T33® is a Genuine TCA peel with 33% trichloroacetic acid — but the patented WiQo formula combines TCA with Hydrogen peroxide, which inhibits the inflammatory response on the skin's surface. The result: The effect is felt deep down, not on the surface.

What is the difference between this and BioRePeel®? +
Both are premium Italian exfoliators for Skin Quality — but with different focuses:
- PRX-T33®: 33% TCA + hydrogen peroxide + kojic acid. Deep biorevitalisation, with a smooth, even texture. Ideal for pre-ageing care, skin quality, firmness and pigmentation.
- BioRePeel®: 35% TCA + hydroxy acids + amino acids + GABA. Exfoliating properties with biostimulation. Ideal for acne, pores, PIH and a healthy glow with gentle exfoliation.
During the consultation, we’ll determine which option suits you best based on your skin type and your goals. In many cases, we combine both treatments on a rotating basis within a treatment plan — though never in the same session.
Can I do PRX-T33® in the summer? +
Yes. Unlike traditional TCA peels, PRX-T33® suitable for use all year round — even in summer, without a 4–6-week ban on sunbathing. The patented formula causes no severe sensitivity to light after the meeting.
Nevertheless, the following applies: SPF 50 every day is essential — particularly during pigment treatment and after a peel — to ensure the results are long-lasting and no new pigmentation spots develop.
Does PRX-T33® cause any pain? +
PRX-T33® operates fully needle-free. Applying it with precise massage movements creates a gentle A tingling sensation or a feeling of warmth, which most customers find easy to tolerate.
We follow a clear protocol and tailor the intensity and number of sessions to your skin goals and how your skin responds — for very sensitive skin or well-prepared skin, one coat is often sufficient.
Can I combine PRX-T33® with NCTF®, Dermadrop or Volnewmer®? +
Yes — and these are the the best combinations in our Skin Quality System. The golden rule: Exfoliate first, then apply the active ingredient layer.
According to the PRX-T33®, the skin barrier is as receptive as possible — Active ingredients such as NCTF® 135 HA or Dermadrop TDA® penetrate deeper than at any other time. With Volnewmer® RF we do things the other way round — PRX-T33® according to Volnewmer® during the same session to enhance the lifting effect with a healthy glow and an even complexion.

PRX-T33® is not suitable for:
- Active skin infections or herpes in the treatment area
- Known allergies to active ingredients
- Pregnancy and breastfeeding
- Female patients under the age of 18
