What Endospheres is.
Endospheres Therapy is a non-invasive treatment developed by the Italian company Fenix Group, featuring patented Compressive Microvibration® — with no vacuum and no lasers.
A handpiece with a roller made of 55 microspheres generates rhythmic, low-frequency micro-vibrations. These vibrations work from the skin right down into the muscle tissue: they stimulate Lymphatic flow and blood circulation help reduce water retention and smooth the connective tissue. This gently exercises the blood vessels. Because Endospheres works without a vacuum, it is particularly gentle on the skin and veins. The whole body is treated during each session, with a focus on one or two areas.
We use Endospheres exclusively for body treatments. It often forms the basis of a body treatment plan — stimulating the lymphatic system and preparing the tissue — and acts as a gentle follow-up to CLATUU® to help remove dead fat cells.

You lie back and relax as the handpiece glides over your skin with the Sphären-Roller — a pleasant, rhythmic vibration, no suction, no pulling. Full-body drainage with a focus on your specific areas.
Lighter legs, no downtime.
No downtime. Your legs often feel lighter straight away. Drinking plenty of fluids also helps to promote lymphatic drainage. Visible improvements in the appearance of your skin will become apparent over the course of the treatment.

Does Endospheres hurt?
No. It is a gentle, rhythmic vibration with no suction and no pulling sensation — many people find the session relaxing.
What is the difference between this and Icoone®?
Both work on the tissue mechanically. Icoone® uses a Micro-vacuum plus laser and LED, and is more intense; Endospheres works exclusively using compressive microvibration, without any vacuum at all — gentler and particularly suitable if you have varicose veins or sensitive skin. We’ll discuss which method is best for you during your consultation.
Does Endospheres help with cellulite?
It can visibly smooth the skin’s appearance over the course of a treatment course by stimulating blood circulation, lymphatic flow and connective tissue. The extent of the improvement depends on the severity of the condition, the condition of the connective tissue and lifestyle.
How many sessions will I need?
You’ll often notice your legs feeling lighter after just a few sessions. For visible improvements in cellulite and skin texture, we recommend a A course lasting several weeks, with a tighter schedule initially.
How often should I come?
During the treatment phase, usually 1–2 times a week; thereafter, as maintenance, about once a week or as required.
How long will the downtime last?
None. You'll be back to your normal self in no time; your legs often feel lighter straight away.

Is Endospheres a weight-loss treatment?
No. It targets the lymphatic system, blood circulation and skin appearance, not body weight. For localised fat deposits, CLATUU Alpha® is the treatment of choice.
Is Endospheres suitable for varicose veins or vein problems?
Generally speaking, yes — precisely because it works without a vacuum, it is gentle on the veins. In cases of varicose veins, we use a specially adjusted, low frequency. It cannot be used in cases of active thrombosis or thrombophlebitis.
When is Endospheres not an option?
In cases of active thrombosis or thrombophlebitis, during pregnancy, in cases of active cancer or active infections; following surgery, only with a doctor’s approval. If in doubt, we will clarify this during the consultation.
