I am an active man and work out regularly at the gym, but despite my best efforts I just couldn't get rid of the stubborn belly fat. In my search for a solution, I came across the BTL Exilis treatment at Alestetics Studio am Zürich HB and decided to give it a try.

First impression:

The Alestetics studio is located directly at Zurich main station and is therefore very centrally located. The premises are modern and stylishly furnished, which immediately conveys a feeling of professionalism. The welcome was warm and the team took the time to answer all my questions and explain the treatment process to me in detail.

The treatment:

The BTL Exilis treatment combines radiofrequency and ultrasound technology to reduce fat cells and tighten the skin. During the session, I could feel a pleasant warmth on my skin. The beautician explained to me that this was a sign that the technology was working in the deeper layers of the skin. The treatment lasted about 30 minutes and was completely painless. I actually found it very relaxing.

Results:

I could already see a slight change after the first treatment. My tummy felt firmer and after several sessions the difference was clearly visible. The stubborn pockets of fat began to disappear and my skin looked tighter and smoother overall. It was amazing to see how effective this non-invasive method can be, especially in combination with my fitness program.
