The Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (DSG) applies as the governing law. To the extent that the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to a specific case, this statement also applies mutatis mutandis to it.<\/p>\n<h2>1. What data we process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Contact and basic data:<\/strong> Name, phone number, email address, date of birth, address if you contact us or book an appointment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date and payment information:<\/strong> booked treatments, appointments, packages, vouchers, payments.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Health and skin data:<\/strong> Information from the medical history interview, skin analysis, photos, and measurement values from the AURA-3D skin analysis, treatment documentation, compatibility, and contraindications.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Communication data:<\/strong> Content of emails and messages (e.g., WhatsApp).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Reviews:<\/strong> Name or initials, text, and star ratings from reviews that you have published on Google or Fresha and that we display on our website.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Website usage data:<\/strong> IP address, date and time, pages visited, browser and device information, and \u2013 with your consent only \u2013 statistical data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>3. Purposes of processing<\/h2>\n<p>We process personal data in order to<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To arrange appointments, plan and perform treatments, and document them,<\/li>\n<li>To safely advise and treat them (e.g., identify contraindications),<\/li>\n<li>to communicate with you and answer inquiries,<\/li>\n<li>To issue invoices and to fulfill legal retention obligations,<\/li>\n<li>to provide, secure and \u2013 with your consent \u2013 improve our website,<\/li>\n<li>Display selected reviews from Google and Fresha on our website.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Health data and AURA-3D skin analysis<\/h2>\n<p>Information about your health, as well as photos and measurements of your skin, are particularly sensitive personal data. We process them only to the extent necessary for your consultation and treatment, and only with your express consent. We obtain your consent in writing before the first analysis. You can revoke it at any time for the future.<\/p>\n<p>The recordings and measurement data from the AURA-3D skin analysis are stored on the analysis device in our clinic and in the AURA Cloud. The provider is Hexagon Aura Reality AG, Heerbrugg (Switzerland), which processes the data on our behalf. The AURA Cloud is operated on servers by Microsoft (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) in Europe. For support and troubleshooting, companies within the Hexagon Group in Switzerland, the EU, and India may in individual cases have access; contractual data protection guarantees (standard contractual clauses) apply for this. According to the provider, the data are encrypted; access is restricted via roles and permissions and is logged. The provider also complies with the requirements of the US Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), according to its own statements. Support staff only has access to your recordings if we grant it in individual cases. Without your separate written consent, we never use photos for advertising, social media or before-and-after comparisons on the website.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Online appointment booking with Fresha<\/h2>\n<p>You book appointments, packages and vouchers via the Fresha platform (Fresha.com SV Ltd, London, United Kingdom). When you click on \u00abBook\u00bb, you will be directed to the Fresha website. There, the Fresha privacy policy also applies. Fresha stores your contact information, appointments, payments and, if applicable, notes regarding the treatment on our behalf. For the United Kingdom, the Federal Council has recognized an adequate level of data protection.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Contact via email, phone and WhatsApp<\/h2>\n<p>When you write to us or call us, we process your information to answer your request. For appointment requests, you can also write to us via WhatsApp Business. Additionally, WhatsApp\u2019s privacy policy (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) applies. Data may be transferred to the USA. Please do not send us health information or photos that you do not want to share via WhatsApp \u2013 a conversation in the clinic is better suited for sensitive information.<\/p>\n<p>We send automatic emails from our website (e.g. system notifications) through the mail server of our hoster ALL-INKL.COM in Germany.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Newsletter and information via email or SMS<\/h2>\n<p>If you have agreed to this, we will occasionally inform you about offers and news. We will send the shipment using Fresha. You can revoke your consent at any time \u2013 via the unsubscribe link in each message or by email to <a href=\"mailto:hello@alestetics.ch\">hello@alestetics.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>8. Reviews from Google and Fresha<\/h2>\n<p>On our website, we display selected reviews that customers have posted on Google or Fresha \u2013 usually with the first name and initial of the last name. There is no separate review form on our website. If you submit a review on Google or Fresha, the privacy policies of those platforms apply. If you do not want your review to appear on our website, simply send an email to <a href=\"mailto:hello@alestetics.ch\">hello@alestetics.ch<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2>9. Hosting and server log files<\/h2>\n<p>Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM \u2013 Neue Medien M\u00fcnnich, Friedersdorf, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically stores technical data (IP address, date, time, page accessed, browser). We need this data for secure operation; it is deleted after a short time. Germany offers an adequate level of data protection.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Cookies and consent<\/h2>\n<p>We use technically necessary cookies to make the website work (e.g., language setting, your cookie preferences). We only set statistical cookies if you agree in the cookie banner. We manage your choices with Complianz; you can change them at any time via the <a href=\"https:\/\/alestetics.ch\/en\/cookie-richtlinie-eu\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a> change.<\/p>\n<h2>11. Google Analytics<\/h2>\n<p>With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd; parent company Google LLC, USA), integrated via Site Kit by Google. Google Analytics tracks how visitors use our website (e.g., pages visited, duration of stay, approximate location, device). IP addresses are shortened by Google. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework. You can revoke your consent at any time in the cookie banner.<\/p>\n<h2>12. Documents, links to social networks and maps<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fonts:<\/strong> We load fonts from our own server; no data is transmitted to Google in this process.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Social networks:<\/strong> On our website, we link to Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. These are simple links; data is only transmitted when you click on the link and open the respective network.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Google Maps:<\/strong> The \u00abOpen route\u00bb link leads to Google Maps. Only by clicking on it do you get to Google.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>13. Data backup<\/h2>\n<p>We regularly secure our website. The backup copies are located on the server of our hoster and \u2013 encrypted \u2013 in a Google Drive account of alestetics GmbH (Google Ireland Ltd \/ Google LLC). They contain the content of the website and the form data stored therein.<\/p>\n<h2>14. Transfer to third parties and abroad<\/h2>\n<p>We only share personal data if it is necessary for the stated purposes, you have consented to it, or we are legally obliged to do so. Recipients include, in particular, the aforementioned service providers. If a transfer takes place to a country without an adequate level of data protection, we rely on recognized guarantees (e.g. standard contractual clauses or the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework) or your consent. We do not sell personal data.<\/p>\n<h2>15. Storage<\/h2>\n<p>We retain personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose or required by law. We retain treatment documentation and skin analyses for up to 20 years after the last treatment, so that your treatment history remains understandable in the long term. We retain accounting documents for 10 years.<\/p>\n<h2>16. Data security<\/h2>\n<p>We protect your data with appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as encrypted transmission (HTTPS), access restrictions, and regular backups.<\/p>\n<h2>17. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>You can do this at any time<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Request information about the data we process about you,<\/li>\n<li>have incorrect data corrected,<\/li>\n<li>request the deletion or restriction of your data, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it,<\/li>\n<li>object to the processing and revoke the consents granted,<\/li>\n<li>require the disclosure of your data in a commonly used format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Write to us about it <a href=\"mailto:hello@alestetics.ch\">hello@alestetics.ch<\/a>.
